Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day EHS support for lab and site operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, procedures, and work practices to minimize risk to employees, equipment, and the environment.
  • •Identify hazards, evaluate operational risks, and support implementation of effective risk control measures.
  • •Lead or support EHS compliance evaluations and drive follow-up actions to address identified gaps.
  • •Investigate incidents and accidents, determine contributing factors, and drive corrective actions and follow-up activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and company policies for lab and site operations.
  • •Strong understanding of operational safety management, hazard identification, incident investigation, corrective action, and compliance management.
  • •Working knowledge of design review and Management of Change (MOC) processes to provide practical EHS input.
  • •Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities with limited supervision, and exercise sound professional judgment.
  • •China Registered Safety Engineer certification (or equivalent); master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
