Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee process optimization, standardization, waste reduction, and cost savings across HR services in EMEA.
  • •Build and deploy the CI roadmap and governance model with HR services leadership, including leading CI councils and setting KPIs.
  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of CI and transformation projects from charter through execution and closure, managing risks and dependencies.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of CI/OPEX professionals and build capability in Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.
  • •Identify and drive automation and digitalization opportunities, support digital tool implementations, and improve quality/defect reduction while ensuring QMS/ISO compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or an Engineering-related field (other areas welcome).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement and/or technology implementations.
  • •Hands-on Lean experience with strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, RIE, 5S).
  • •Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis (e.g., RCA, 8D, A3).
