Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, leadership development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, and objectives to align with company priorities.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines, and lead continuous improvement to meet quality/production/cost metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project outcomes and company metrics.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
