Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct installation services, technical assistance, and installation adaptation for AV systems and related components.
  • •Integrate, install, configure, and maintain AV systems (projectors, video walls, DSPs, microphones, and network-connected devices).
  • •Troubleshoot electrical and technical faults; perform repair, removal, and reinstallation of layer 1 infrastructure as needed.
  • •Review technical drawings, record/document field changes (redlines), and submit updates so as-built drawings match the final installation.
  • •Mentor and develop junior technicians, coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage project timelines. Submit incident reports and materials requests in ServiceNow.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6–9 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •Top Secret clearance required; ability to attain TS/SCI.
  • •Attain AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) within 180 days of employment.
  • •Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in austere environments; must be able to wear required PPE.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
