Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect production-level ML/AI workloads on the Databricks platform, including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, training/inference optimization, and MLOps integration.
  • •Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions, covering RAG architectures, agentic systems, natural language querying of structured data, AI evaluation and observability, and monitoring.
  • •Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads and productionize these workloads across multiple domains using best-in-class MLOps.
  • •Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during technical sales, including feature engineering, training, tracking, serving, and model monitoring.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to represent customer voice, define priorities, and influence the product roadmap for Databricks AI offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on ML experience in ML Engineering or AI Engineering, including production-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and drift monitoring.
  • •Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience communicating and/or teaching technical concepts to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • •Passion for collaboration, lifelong learning, and driving business value through ML/AI.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
