Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions, and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • •Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct delivery and presentation.
  • •Monitor tables during meals for needs such as refills and clearing plates, and handle guest inquiries or concerns.
  • •Process payments and maintain dining area cleanliness while adhering to health and safety and sanitation practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, with 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the restaurant point-of-sale system.
  • •Knowledge of restaurant menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and specials to describe dishes and make recommendations.
  • •Professional table service skills, including tray handling and tableside service.
  • •Ability to handle guest complaints or concerns promptly while following restaurant policies and procedures.
