Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main liaison with software vendor(s) for systems used by a line of business.
  • •Monitor upcoming vendor changes and enhancements and assess business impact.
  • •Design solutions to incorporate software changes and support effective implementation with business partners.
  • •Recommend continued use or elimination of third-party software based on the business technology roadmap.
  • •Provide operational support and troubleshooting, and coach/mentor less experienced engineers.
