Job Summary

Help customers deploy and activate an applied AI “software agent” platform by partnering with engineering teams, leading demos and pilots, and supporting integrations. You’ll own key technical parts of the customer lifecycle from deployment through adoption, troubleshoot issues before they block progress, and implement customer feedback while shaping product direction through “customer oracle” insights. This role blends hands-on engineering with rapid execution and customer partnership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation to ensure customer success.
•Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify high-impact use cases.
•Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and drive adoption/utilization.
•Lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and help customers maximize product value.
•Gather and implement customer feedback and use product instincts to help set the roadmap.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

•Fluency/native proficiency in English and Portuguese.
•Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
•Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.

•Ability to communicate effectively with senior engineers and executives, and tolerate ambiguity/intensity; travel 25–50%.
