Create and continuously improve training courses for Esri customers by analyzing learner needs, defining measurable learning objectives, and partnering with subject matter experts. Design instructor-led and web-based learning grounded in adult learning principles, develop assessments with actionable feedback, and enhance existing Esri curriculum to maintain quality and consistency. Collaborate with peers to improve learning content workflows and support broader customer education initiatives.
