Job Summary

Lead and optimize the end-to-end GTM operations across PLG and SLG motions. Partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and measure cross-functional GTM processes, playbooks, and tooling; oversee Sales Ops, Partner Ops, PS Ops, and CS Ops to drive pipeline health, renewal forecasting, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and measure the end-to-end GTM customer journey across PLG and SLG motions, aligning cross-functional leaders on touchpoints and quality standards.
•Lead managers and ICs across Sales Ops, Partner Ops, PS Ops, and CS Ops; set priorities, drive accountability, and develop leadership capabilities.
•Oversee Sales Operations including pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, quota setting, and capacity modeling; ensure tool adoption and deal governance.
•Build and scale partner ecosystem operations including onboarding, performance tracking, and co-sell handoffs with clear playbooks.
•Define and report GTM operational metrics; drive regular reviews and surface actionable insights across sub-functions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related field, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
•Experience managing managers; you've built and led multi-tiered teams and know how to set up a management layer for success.
•Broad functional expertise across Sales Ops, Partner Ops, CS Ops, or Professional Services Ops.
•Deep fluency in the B2B SaaS GTM model, including pipeline management, renewal forecasting, partner ecosystems, and post-sale operations.
•Hands-on experience with core GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, or equivalents).
