Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis I by assisting with food preparation, portioning, and executing basic cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen work areas, help with stock rotation and inventory to reduce waste, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Assist with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards, coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service, and participate in training to improve culinary skills.
