•Configure and implement workflows in non-code platforms, owning complex changes across forms, templates, routing logic, approvals, and automations.
•Translate business requirements into technical build plans, including workflow logic, data model, edge cases, permissions, audit needs, and use AI where possible.
•Lead API-based integrations with partner teams (e.g., finance, risk), handling data mapping, validation, failure modes, rollout, and troubleshooting with logs.
•Own release reliability and governance: testing/UAT, rollout/rollback plans, release notes, incident handling, and root-cause prevention.
•Be the technical expert for your platforms by maintaining runbooks/standards, training stakeholders, and improving internal capability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,700 - 5,200 monthly

•Operational ownership: triage escalations, reproduce issues, fix/escalate, perform RCA, and keep standards/runbooks up to date.
