Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect trash and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps across assigned communities, including upper-level units requiring stairs.
  • •Transport waste using a leak-proof tote to a pickup truck and then to the designated compactor or disposal site.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the compactor/dumpster area before completing each shift.
  • •Log nightly service documentation into the company’s proprietary system.
  • •Coordinate with Operations Management to complete service, including responding to service gaps and emergencies as needed.
