Key Responsibilities

•Collect trash and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps across assigned communities, including upper-level units requiring stairs.
•Transport waste using a leak-proof tote to a pickup truck and then to the designated compactor or disposal site.
•Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the compactor/dumpster area before completing each shift.
•Log nightly service documentation into the company’s proprietary system.
•Coordinate with Operations Management to complete service, including responding to service gaps and emergencies as needed.
