Key Responsibilities

  • •Create the long-term strategy, roadmap, and epics for external distributor and partner integrations through an integration and data-first platform.
  • •Collect, prioritize, and manage the external-API product roadmap and backlog, balancing endpoints against reliability, reuse, cost, and business value.
  • •Modernize existing capabilities from pull-only to push+pull, event-driven integration models with integration and platform teams.
  • •Coordinate cross-team dependencies across integration, architecture, data, and security to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
  • •Define and report external-API KPIs (organizations onboarded, transaction throughput, SLA adherence) to program and business leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, engineer, BRM, or program lead on moderate to highly complex technology projects.
  • •API product management experience with REST APIs, API gateway/management concepts, versioning, and rate limiting/throttling.
  • •Experience with event-driven and push integration patterns (webhooks, publish/subscribe) alongside pull APIs.
  • •Experience as a Product Owner (2+ years) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Kanban delivery.
