Key Responsibilities

  • •Use routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, and instructions to build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs; identify and correct errors.
  • •Observe and follow all safety standards and security policies, and maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • •Test assemblies and components with test fixtures and measurement tools, complete documentation, and perform repairs or install software to improve processes.
  • •Receive parts and conduct audits and defect inspections; enter progress, work expense, and labor details on a computer terminal.

Key Requirements

  • •Build, repair, and/or test electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies using schematics, wiring diagrams, and written or verbal instructions.
  • •Perform assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs while identifying and correcting errors using established procedures and/or scientific methods.
  • •Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies, components, and subassemblies.
  • •Receive parts and perform audits to ensure necessary parts are available and inspected for defects.
  • •Follow all safety standards, complete required health and safety training, and report accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies.
