Job Summary

Lead complex ServiceNow implementations and deliver platform solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and more. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow designs, while customizing, configuring, and maintaining platform integrity. Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, and ensure security, compliance, performance, and code quality. Support pre-sales solutioning, demos, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; perform code reviews, performance tuning, and support security and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven record of successful ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio.
