Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and communicate product features and style details, and stay current via LINK training.
  • •Support customers in choosing jewelry that best matches their personality and needs.
  • •Contribute effectively to sales activities using available tools and channels (online and offline).
  • •Maintain high and consistent customer service and handle customer issues with professionalism (complaints, returns, individual orders).
  • •Organize and present the store: keep sales floor and back office clean, handle product receiving/display, support stock checks and visual merchandising.
