An internship-style HR Generalist role in Lisboa supporting the full employee lifecycle. •Help coordinate employee relations activities, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
•Assist in organizing training programs and professional development initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
•Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment practices.
