Job Summary

Build long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate, maintain, and enhance customer relationships in an assigned book of business through proactive outreach in person, by phone, or other channels.
•Use a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations/solutions/advice.
•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes.
•Work with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.
•Process teller transactions and adhere to balancing guidelines, while using customer credit data to align customers with appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 6 months customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with new household acquisitions and deepen customer relationships.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Exhibits business acumen and demonstrated ability to make sound decisions.
•Requires SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
