Construction Project Manager

Manage new retail and enhancement construction projects for existing stores and minor works across retail, corporate offices, and the Distribution Center. Lead design and construction from concept through closeout, tracking expenses and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with building codes. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders, maintain project schedules and cost tools, and support sustainability standards throughout delivery.
