Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients across public and private sectors and act as a senior ambassador for WSP Advisory.
  • •Lead advisory business development activities, accountable for annual sales, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • •Identify, create, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Advisory service offerings; support conversion into revenue-generating projects.
  • •Work with Advisory Heads of Discipline to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, providing market intelligence to strengthen win strategies.
  • •Represent WSP Advisory at industry forums and events, and ensure opportunities transition effectively to delivery and technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • •Significant business development and client relationship management experience in a Big Four, management consultancy, professional services, or advisory environment.
  • •Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  • •Extensive network of senior client relationships across the Middle East; demonstrated success generating and converting strategic advisory opportunities.
  • •Strong understanding of advisory/consulting/programme management and experience engaging with C-suite executives, government leaders, investors, and major private sector clients.
