Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with People, Legal, Compliance and Risk colleagues across global teams to support CIB priorities.
  • •Navigate works councils and local regulatory frameworks to support cross-border business activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified as a lawyer with substantial post-qualification employment law experience.
  • •Substantial experience advising within financial services, including wholesale investment banking environments.
  • •International experience working with works councils and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • •Ability to provide employment legal advice balancing technical rigour with practical commercial outcomes.
  • •Experience managing contentious and regulatory employment matters with sound judgement and risk assessment.
