Oversee Food & Beverage outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of guest experiences. Supervise Team Leaders, manage staffing schedules, control operational costs, and maintain health and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement by responding to guest feedback, supporting special events, and handling emergency situations. Lead training and competency development, monitor attendance and performance, coach colleagues, and maintain accurate checklists and records while meeting department and financial objectives.
