  • •Develop shop floor schedules to meet customer demand and plant goals, maximizing efficiency and minimizing scrap.
  • •Manage the shop floor to meet organizational goals and promote a safe work environment.
  • •Hands-on oversee heat treatment operations, including SQF/carburizing processes for gear manufacturing, metallurgy inspection, and HT troubleshooting.
  • •Promote and sustain ELS disciplines and ensure standardized practices are followed where applicable.
  • •Monitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and support training needs (including cross training).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Engineering Graduate level (B.E. / DME) with a metallurgy focus.
  • •3–6 years of heat treatment production experience.

  • •Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory/certification requirements.
