•Track and report on metrics, while providing technical mentorship within our integrated talent IT&D team.
•Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with technology standards.

•Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers.
•Strong programme management and organisational skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
•Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Managers and delivery teams to align designs with technology standards.
