  • •Manage a full lifecycle global integrated talent programme ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional performance.
  • •Track and report on metrics, while providing technical mentorship within our integrated talent IT&D team.
  • •Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with technology standards.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR Integrated Talent solutions.
  • •Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Techwolf or equivalent HR technology ecosystems.
  • •Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers.
  • •Strong programme management and organisational skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • •Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Managers and delivery teams to align designs with technology standards.
