Job Summary

Support customers through every step of the used-vehicle journey, combining sales guidance with appraisal, inventory, and service coordination. You’ll learn to deliver customer-first experiences, perform vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections, process paperwork and payments, and ensure repair order billing accuracy. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll follow CarMax processes and EH&S standards while helping maintain a smooth, transparent experience for buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications to deliver an exceptional experience.
•Conduct vehicle condition assessments, documenting details for appraisals and communicating findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, auditing documents, and managing payments.
•Coordinate service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy in billing while maintaining a customer-focused workflow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.5 - 23.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
•Strong communication skills with confidence representing CarMax and its products.
•Ability to build lasting relationships and create win-win solutions for customers.

•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read and transcribe data.
