Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive experience innovation for socially-driven and interaction-heavy chat features to boost user adoption and engagement.
  • •Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define core problems and deliver user-centered design solutions from concept to execution.
  • •Contribute to the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
  • •Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership.
  • •Elevate design quality through formal Design Reviews, peer feedback, and design thinking workshops.
