•Serve as a key member of the cross-functional sales team, driving the technical agenda from initial engagement through deal closure
•Execute the technical discovery process with customers to identify how Workiva solutions address needs
•Prepare and deliver tailored, value-driven technical demos and presentations of the Workiva platform
•Collaborate with IT, architecture, platform, integration, accounting, legal, finance, and other business functions at customer sites
•Share experiences with product management, engineering, and sales leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and innovation

Key Requirements

•6 years of technical customer-facing experience, ideally in presales, implementation consulting, or training/enablement
•Experience in programming with languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, VB.net
•Experience with data management, database design, and analysis, with expertise in SQL, data modeling, multidimensional concepts (e.g., Essbase, TM1), relational theory, data transformation (e.g., Alteryx), and advanced Excel
•Experience in designing and understanding enterprise data architecture to be able to identify where Workiva can extend an organization’s data strategy
•Hands-on experience with various AI tools and an understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) application
