Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to semantic and contextual foundations of SAP’s AI by designing and scaling ontology and semantic layers.
  • •Support design and maintenance of enterprise ontologies and semantic models that harmonize business data into grounded AI understanding.
  • •Build and scale AI capabilities such as RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge grounding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •2+ years of CS/CE/ML or related field experience.
  • •Foundational understanding of knowledge representation, semantic data systems, or graph databases.
  • •Experience with graph query languages (SPARQL, Cypher, or GQL) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • •Solid Python and SQL skills, with some exposure to ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn) and GenAI concepts (RAG, embeddings, vector databases).
