•Maintain rigorous oversight of the pipeline lifecycle and forecasting, providing data-driven insights to executive leadership.
•Balance strategic management with high-level customer interfacing, building long-term trust with senior Federal stakeholders.
•Design and execute a comprehensive Federal Go-to-Market plan, driving AI adoption across agencies to meet mission goals.
•Lead the strategy for large-scale, multi-year contracts, navigating FAR/DFARS requirements and budgetary constraints.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of Director-level management experience in a fast-paced enterprise software sales environment.
•5+ years in a quota-carrying role specifically within the Federal Government, with a history of exceeding multi-million dollar targets.
•Minimum 5 years of experience selling Cybersecurity solutions (Vulnerability Management, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, or Compliance frameworks).
•Deep understanding of Federal contract vehicles (SEWP, GSA, ITES-SW2) and agency-specific buying behaviors.
•Established, referenceable network of agency decision-makers and Federal channel partners.
