Microscopy Technician

Operate and maintain a high-throughput microscopy imaging pipeline for connectomics, capturing high-resolution 3D image volumes of expanded brain tissue. Set up, align, and calibrate microscopes and new experiments as the pipeline scales, handle careful mounting and storage of specimens, and troubleshoot day-to-day imaging issues. Keep acquisition workflows organized with specimen, throughput, and issue tracking, working closely with the microscopy lead in an on-site Bay Area environment.
