Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage a portfolio of tactical clients, driving cross-sell and return generation.
  • •Evaluate complex financial models and perform complex financial analysis.
  • •Create high-impact client presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • •Serve as direct support to Executive Directors and make internal/external presentations to support relationship managers.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop staff including Analysts and Associates; support Capital Markets by assessing appropriate securities/products for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • •7-10 years of corporate banking experience preferred in power/utilities.
  • •Strong corporate finance and credit skills required; underwriting experience preferred.
  • •4+ years of corporate banking analysis and sales management preferred.
  • •Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and 63 licenses required per Fifth Third guidelines.
