Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead comprehensive EHS programs and operational plans across multiple teams, aligned to business goals and EHS standards.
  • •Set day-to-day priorities and long-range plans for the EHS organization, including EHS managers, specialists, and engineers.
  • •Lead EHS risk assessments and drive engineering controls and safeguards to mitigate or eliminate hazards.
  • •Coordinate with site leadership on process safety involvement for department development/modification plans and procedures.
  • •Represent EHS at site-wide management meetings/briefings and provide instructional guidance to ensure correct procedures and techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •10+ years of experience overseeing Environmental Health & Safety disciplines across design, development, and operations.
  • •5+ years of progressive EHS management experience.
  • •Deep experience in EHS risk assessment, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and equipment/process/construction safety.
  • •Implement EHS occupational safety programs aligned to OSHA standards.
