Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Sales and Marketing Tools, including MonieCRM, and drive modernization and reliability improvements across the platform.
  • •Re-architect and modernize legacy systems to support dependable operation at 20M+ user scale.
  • •Ensure financial correctness for commissions, payouts, wallets, and ledgers across the sales and partner network.
  • •Build and run high-throughput, data-intensive distributed backend systems supporting onboarding, pipeline/portfolio, and performance/goal tracking.
  • •Lead and develop large engineering teams, including managing managers and senior engineers, to deliver measurable reliability and performance gains.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams through growth phases.
  • •5+ years of hands-on production experience writing and shipping Java code as an engineer.
  • •At least 5 years managing managers and leading an engineering organization through other engineering leaders.
  • •Proven platform engineering experience building and running complex distributed systems at scale.
  • •Experience navigating legacy migrations and re-architecture projects at 20M+ user scale.
