Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers promptly and courteously, address questions accurately, and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
  • •Offer recommendations and product knowledge aligned to customer needs and communicate brand sustainability and social/ethical commitments.
  • •Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
  • •Check inventory daily, ensure products are stocked, and merchandise in line with Visual Merchandising standards.
  • •Maintain clean, well-organized back-stock and employee break areas, following safety and theft-response policies.
