Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Product Legal program execution, tracking compliance rollouts, monitoring global regulatory updates, managing workstreams, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
  • •Architect smart legal operations and routing by building, maintaining, and optimizing Jira workflows and automations to efficiently assign tickets and reduce manual overhead.
  • •Build and upkeep next-gen AI tooling; partner to deploy AI tools, agents, and prompts to automate repetitive legal tasks and scale institutional knowledge.
  • •Maintain data-driven dashboards; collect, analyze, and present core operational metrics to give leadership real-time visibility into ticket volumes, product review status, and compliance risks.
  • •Scale engineering and product advisory by converting complex legal requirements into repeatable project plans and automated guardrails for software teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,000 - 181,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Program management or paralegal experience within a fast-paced in-house technology company or a major technology-focused law firm.
  • •Experience with modern AI productivity and coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and project tracking systems like Jira; any coding experience is a plus.
  • •Extreme autonomy and accountability; demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and drive initiatives to completion.
  • •Project and compliance management experience, including tracking regulatory changes, rolling out compliance initiatives, and maintaining rigorous schedules.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interface with senior legal counsel and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
