Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of critical features across the stack, collaborating with product and design to scope, build, test, and launch new functionality
  • •Help define and implement the architecture of the core platform, balancing scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • •Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline, observability stack, and deployment processes to ensure robust, secure, and performant systems
  • •Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate user needs into technical solutions for healthcare use cases
  • •Deliver high-quality, maintainable code with a focus on reliability and impact on member reimbursement and customer experience

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience building full-stack production software in a fast-paced environment
