Key Responsibilities

•Conduct routine inspections of mechanical or electrical installations (HVAC systems, chilled water piping, generator systems, switchgear, UPS, cabling, etc.)
•Ensure all works are executed in accordance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes
•Monitor contractor activities and verify quality of workmanship
•Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
•Witness and verify testing & commissioning activities (FAT/SAT, pre-functional, functional testing)

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–10 years of inspection experience, preferably in data center, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing projects
•Strong understanding of international standards (ASHRAE, IEEE, NEC, IEC, etc.)
•Experience in QA/QC inspection processes and documentation
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
