Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership in Quality Management to regional business groups and manufacturing quality teams, including QMS audits and certifications
  • •Own and manage the Quality Management System, Quality Critical Standards, and QMS audits
  • •Manage quality governance including the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, risks and opportunities, and QMS scope
  • •Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify opportunities and prevent quality complaints using targeted measures
  • •Promote GoalZERO quality culture, support special projects, and report QMS performance and improvement/resource needs to management

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other technical field
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality-related roles
  • •Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF certification
  • •Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP), and corrective action tools
  • •Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI, including SPC, capability studies, regression analysis, graphical analysis, Gage R&R, and measurement system analysis
