Job Summary

Mid-Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP/E&M) responsible for cost management across real estate projects, conducting feasibility studies, applying value management, and leading procurement and post-contract cost control. You will prepare cost plans, manage tenders, and interface with clients and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective MEP solutions across project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports; apply Value Management at project outset and with our Value Management team
•Manage estimating and cost planning activities; take ownership of and present the final cost plan
•Oversee procurement process across stages: pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
•Ensure post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed; oversee cost checking and valuation work
•Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client; lead interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages

Key Requirements

•Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering/Building Service or equivalent
•5–10 years experience in related fields
•Excellent technical knowledge across Cost Management duties including: Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Tendering and Evaluation
•MEP QS background; well versed with mechanical and electrical (M&E) work experience preferred
•Team player with leadership and problem solving skills; Excellent communication with ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others
