Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Talabat Qatar’s overall supply ecosystem to ensure a sustainable, high-quality, high-performing rider base.
  • •Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
  • •Own long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence.
  • •Manage 3PL partnerships end-to-end, including selection, onboarding, KPI/SLA setting, performance management, and contract renewals.
  • •Lead on-ground operations team and coach managers/seniors/specialists while monitoring and improving operational KPIs and implementing process and technology improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience in compliance or auditing.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles in fast-paced environments; FoodTech logistics experience is a plus.
  • •Management experience is advantageous, including the ability to manage direct reports and foster a strong team culture.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to dig into detail, manage complexity, and drive decision-making.
  • •Advanced proficiency in GSheet and strong English written and verbal communication; Arabic is good to have but not necessary.
