Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain accurate daily work documentation/electronic records (work orders) and practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and maintain service vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required; assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
