Retail Operations Business Partner, East + Canada

Drive retail operations by supporting Studio, Delivery, and Service Centers across day-to-day needs, new site openings, remodels, and operational efficiency initiatives. Act as a liaison among corporate teams, retail locations, and field leadership while prioritizing field requests and identifying process improvements. Lead and coordinate project teams for store openings, manage SOP alignment, and oversee consumables/janitorial budgets. Ensure compliance documentation and maintain knowledge of relevant sales compliance requirements.
