Job Summary

Own and improve support engineering for metal deposition products by capturing legacy corrective actions and Lessons Learned into new product design intent. Contribute to FMECA, develop procedures and Best Known Methods, and participate in engineering design reviews. Partner with Quality & Reliability to address Top Field Issues, run CAPA and failure analysis as needed, and drive resolution of key engineering issues. Lead beta site test planning and align training plans for new products.

•Demonstrate depth and/or breadth of expertise in an engineering discipline relevant to metal deposition products.
•Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
•Experience contributing to FMECA activities and establishing corrective-action and preventive processes (including CAPA).
•Ability to conduct or facilitate failure analysis to support resolution of engineering issues.
•Skilled in planning, reporting, and executing beta site test plans and training plans for new products.
