Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor while supporting visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, and metrics to support business-driving strategies and ensure a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
