Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver precise, compliant HR operations with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Partner with the EMEA HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact HR initiatives across regions.
  • •Drive HR processes including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • •Work with managers on performance management, organizational design, and rewards/workforce planning.
  • •Coach and advise people managers on employee relations across multiple countries; support training delivery and DEI initiatives, and design/push HR policies and global HR projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
  • •HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • •Regional HR experience within EMEA, with understanding of local labor laws (France, Germany and/or UK is a plus).
  • •Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and advising/executing across the employee life cycle.
  • •Strong project management skills and hands-on involvement in daily HR routines, with business-English fluency and willingness to travel up to four times a year.
