Lead demand planning and PPC activities while driving efficient logistics operations to control costs. Own planning and logistics process improvement, support new product introduction, and manage materials, logistics, and freight forwarding to ensure reliable delivery. Set stock-level parameters and control material aging and inventory turnover. Ensure compliance with government regulations, develop team plans and performance, and train and develop staff.

•Set stock-level parameters and control material processes, inventory turnover, and aging materials.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•6+ years of operational experience, with team leader experience preferred.
•Ability to analyze and apply information to daily operational needs and team improvement.
•Experience with scheduling and planning, budgeting and control, and knowledge of systems.
•Experience leading continuous improvement efforts and designing operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
