Job Summary

Join Al-Futtaim Group as a Sales Assistant for IKEA Mall of Arabia in Cairo. Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct daily inspection of the assigned area to review price labels, product information tags, and other communications media.
•Review daily stock levels on all products and recommend orders to the Shopkeeper.
•Coordinate with the Procurement Executive for stock information in the area.
•Ensure customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile; serve customers with empathy and care.
•Promote sales by spotting opportunities, offering alternatives, and suggesting add-on sales to meet targets.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education
•Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
•Proactivity and sales-driven mindset
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Problem-solving skills
