Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute service provision and monitoring test strategies for Crosswork Network Controller releases, mapping customer and solution use cases into end-to-end validation coverage.
  • •Build and maintain Python-based automation for GUI, REST API, platform, network-device, and service workflows to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
  • •Validate integrated behavior across installation and upgrades, including device onboarding, service provisioning, topology, telemetry, high availability, scale, and failure recovery.
  • •Reproduce complex defects, perform root cause analysis, and partner with engineering teams to drive timely fixes and prevent regressions.
  • •Report quality status and release risk via test plans, execution results, defect analysis, and continuous improvement of CI/CD quality gates.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Python automation skills, including designing and maintaining scalable test frameworks, libraries, and scripts for system and end-to-end validation.
  • •Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and JSON-based integrations.
  • •Solid IP networking fundamentals (routing protocols, MPLS, Segment Routing, TCP/IP, and L2/L3 VPN services), with ability to configure devices and troubleshoot multivendor environments.
  • •Quality engineering experience designing and executing functional, integration, regression, upgrade, resiliency, scale, and end-to-end tests for distributed network-management or automation products.
  • •Strong Linux/Unix, API, and platform troubleshooting skills, including log analysis, service-health validation, defect isolation, and release verification in clustered/containerized environments.
