Software Engineering Manager, Public Sector

Lead a team of 6–8 software engineers building backend systems, distributed platforms, and ML tooling for U.S. government public sector customers. Split your time evenly between technical planning/execution and people management, recruiting and mentoring engineers while driving engineering productivity. Partner with product, security, and customer-facing teams to deliver against complex federal compliance, security, and performance requirements—while shaping the platform roadmap and product strategy.
